forge is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
we do not tolerate harassment of participants, residents, mentors, partners, or staff in any form. anyone violating these rules may be sanctioned or removed at the discretion of the organisers.

• follow the no-assholes policy strictly
• harassment, intimidation, or discrimination
• offensive comments related to protected characteristics
• unwelcome sexual attention or advances
• deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
• sustained disruption of talks or other events
• inappropriate physical contact
• advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviour
anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately.
if a participant engages in unacceptable behaviour, the organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including private warning, public warning, removal from the residency without refund or remuneration, and reporting to relevant authorities if applicable.
if you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, contact the organisers immediately — confidentially.
